Elven Trials is operated by Elven Trials LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These terms cover your use of the Elven Trials mobile prototype. By using the prototype, you agree to these terms.

Using the prototype

You may use the prototype for personal use. Do not use the prototype unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or infringe another person’s rights.

Availability

The prototype is under development. Features may change or be removed, and the prototype may contain errors or lose saved progress. The prototype is provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ownership

Elven Trials and its software, artwork, and other content belong to Elven Trials LLC or its licensors. These terms grant permission to use the prototype, not ownership of the prototype.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the current prototype’s data practices.

Changes

We may update these terms as the prototype develops. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes in the app when applicable. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
